Stefan Rotzler, Switzerland

born 1953 in Zurich (Switzerland), studied history of art and landscape architecture in Switzerland. He has headed his own landscape architecture practice since 1982, realising projects on urban space, sports facilities, housing, schools, green infrastructure all over Europe. He has held assistant professorships at ETH Zürich, HSR Rapperswil and ZHAW Winterthur. He works as a national and international consultant for urban development, public spaces and parks and in 1999 won a gold medal for the Swiss Garden at the 1999 International Horticultural Expo in Kunming (China). Rotzler publishes regularly.
